Roland W. (Woody) Stephens, age 56 of Oak Ridge passed away Friday May 2, 2008 at Methodist Medical Center. Mr. Stephens was born February 17, 1952 in Oak Ridge to the late Roland William and Ruth Standford Stephens. He worked as a carpenter with Blane Construction Company. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and working on his cars and spending time with his friends. Mr. Stephens is survived by special friends Carol Harris and son Brian, John Mitchell and Gary Powell.
Graveside services will be Friday May 9, 2008 at 1:00 PM at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. Friends may come by at their convenience at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home between the hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Thursday May 8, 2008.
