Eloise Wilson, age 86, of Kingston passed away Monday August 18, 2008 at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mrs. Wilson was born March 2, 1922 in Scott County Tennessee to the late Baty and Rachel Alred Byrd. Eloise loved spending time with her family, going to church, farming, and gardening. She is preceded in death by her husband Otis Leon Wilson, brother Harold Byrd, sister Flora Grubbs, and infant brothers Sherwood Byrd and Baty Byrd, Jr.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law James Byrd and his wife Ann of Radcliff, Kentucky and Roscoe Byrd and his wife Helen of Radcliff, Kentucky, her sister Gladys Siler of Knoxville, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday August 21, 2008 1:00pm in the chapel of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Hensley officiating. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:00 to 1:00pm at the funeral home.
