Born:

Billy E. Sise, age 72, of Oak Ridge, passed away Saturday, April 12, 2008.
He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the Moose Lodge No. 1316. He is preceded in death by parents, Ed and Dorceal Sise.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Sise; children Tom Sise, Teresa Kennedy, and Douglas Sise; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother, Ralph Sise; sisters, Kathy Bradshaw and Jean Dean; stepmother, Pearle Sise; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Danny Boyd and Loretta Woods.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday April 15, 2008 8:00pm at Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Dean officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday April 16, 2008 11:00am at Anderson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
